Power Sources
At RJ Electricar it is our goal to offer several different power source options ranging from compressed air cylinders to solar panels and flywheels. You will also be able to choose from several battery technologies depending on your needs. Power Modules
At RJ Electricar we have several ideas at the root of our design. Our Vehicle will have power modules at each wheel. This will allow precision torque control for supurb handling and steering characteristics. You will literally be able to turn on a dime. Ok maybe a really big dime painted on the sidewalk, and the parallel parking...easy peasy lemon squeezy!! We also believe that fixing your "power module" should be only slightly more complicated than changing a tire. Imagine a time in the near future where car repairs could be performed out of a shop no bigger than a kiosk at the mall and upgrades could be ordered for next day installation. Imagine being able to tweek out and personalize your car much in the same way that people tweek out there stereo systems.
Motors(The Heart of Each Power Module) We believe the key to long lasting cost effective electric vehicles is the longevity of an inductive(brushless) AC motor with the simplicity and ease of control of a DC motor. The most succinct way to descride it is that it is an inductive DC motor. We like to call it the DC Eletropulse Motor.
Body Panels & Chassis frame
Imagine being able to order interchangeable body panels for your vehicle from a catalog in unique combinations or get a completely custom panel by sketching your idea on a computer at your local RJ Electricar dealer kiosk. |
